- Assist users with building questions
- Stay current on platform features
- Respond to user requests via Help Desk
- Troubleshoot issues with engineering team
- Provide feedback to engineering team
- Communicate product or user issues to Palantir team
- Facilitate global enterprise collaboration
- Ensure customer success
