Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in API integrations, automation, backend systems, or software development

- Experience integrating communication systems (email, messaging APIs, outreach automation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data consistency and reliability
- Self-directed work ethic with ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows independently
- Portfolio or examples of integration systems or API-based projects
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
Tasks
- Collaborate with Tendem Agents on repetitive tasks
- Provide system integration expertise
- Ensure reliable and scalable data connectivity
- Design integrations between core business systems
- Evaluate integrations between CRMs, ad platforms, email tools
- Build workflows using APIs and webhooks
- Optimize real-time and batch data pipelines
- Connect databases across platforms
- Synchronize data in Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion
- Ensure real-time data transfer and consistency
- Troubleshoot data flow performance issues
- Improve latency and failure handling
- Support automated communication systems
- Integrate messaging, outreach, and calling workflows
