- Deploy iFlows in SAP Integration Suite using Cloud Integration
- Handle customer support tickets
- Perform root cause analysis using CI monitoring tools
- Provide timely resolutions to customer issues
- Debug and update iFlows in the integration package
- Analyze configuration and connectivity issues
- Review and adopt configuration template changes
- Maintain code changes in GitHub
- Manage deployment order
- Validate data end-to-end in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
- Write and maintain deployment guides
- Create installation guides
- Develop release notes
- Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Management
- Work with SAP Ariba Consulting Team
- Engage with SAP Signavio engineering teams
- Contribute to automation initiatives
- Improve development and support productivity
