- 5+ years in maintenance or technical role
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, automation
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Basic math skills and logical thinking
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, speed, accuracy for repetitive tasks
- Motivation, punctuality, readiness to work
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Priority setting, time management, flexibility
- PLC programming, troubleshooting, learning
Tasks
- Develop and implement planned equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
- Train staff on machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation.
- Develop standard work procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of department efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime.
- Implement resolutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineering on equipment technical specifications.
- Provide detailed technical reports on equipment status.
- Participate in HSE initiatives.
- Promote electrical and mechanical safety.
- Manage resources for predicted and preventive repairs.
- Adhere to HSE, Quality, and Lean standards.
