  • 5+ years senior leadership in site operations

Tasks

  • Manage installation resourcing activities for DACH and Emerging Markets
  • Oversee profit and loss for installation utilization
  • Define implementation strategies for team efficiency
  • Lead resource balancing and deployment
  • Train and develop installation capabilities
  • Build functional and individual relationships across Dematic
  • Conduct research and tooling analysis
  • Enhance project execution through tactical review
  • Support organizational change within Installation
  • Maintain a curious and inquisitive disposition
  • Improve personal skills through experience and training
  • Lead Installation resources in DACH and Emerging Markets
  • Promote the One Dematic safety culture
  • Establish project dashboards and risk mitigation actions
  • Achieve agreed, targeted improvements and KPIs
  • Validate installation suppliers
  • Prepare installation specifications for procurement
  • Manage monthly forecasts and budgets
  • Implement cross-EMEA initiatives
  • Generate improvement initiatives, including remote labor and training
  • Align with Ops BU leader on project priorities
  • Ensure installation quality
  • Execute projects on budget and on time
  • Coordinate and monitor standardized installation processes

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
