- •Technical studies in automotive, electrical, traffic engineering, IT, or communication technology
- •Relevant professional experience in functional/technical safety for rail transport
- •Sound knowledge of CENELEC EN 50126, 50128, and 50129 standards
- •Understanding of interaction with RAMS and validation
- •Careful and accurate way of working
- •Good communication skills
- •Very good knowledge of German and English
- •Proficiency in MS Office
- •Willingness to travel at short notice
- •Team player

Tasks
- •Check development against valid standards
- •Create and document inspection concept throughout development process
- •Carry out inspection steps for control, command, and signalling products and systems
- •Coordinate with various interfaces
- •Prepare result documentation, including inspection reports and lists of open points
- •Manage technical and commercial projects
- •Acquire follow-up orders
- •Train new employees
- •Assess on-board and track-side control-command and signalling for EC verification
- •Evaluate safety cases and safety management processes for compliance
