  • Manage all sales activities for small to medium European accounts
  • Maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and occasional visits
  • Evaluate and direct new inquiries to the appropriate sales channels
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing on pricing strategies
  • Network within industry associations to establish new customer contacts
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding specific products
  • Provide list price quotes, technical documentation, and samples
  • Maintain accurate customer files for historical documentation
  • Process quality questionnaires and certificates for customers
  • Issue late payment reminders and conduct necessary follow-ups
  • Coordinate claims and reimbursements with customer service representatives
  • Provide backup for sales managers during their absences
  • Support market research and sales-related administrative tasks
