- •Very good English and German skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, or CRM

- •Manage all sales activities for small to medium European accounts
- •Maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and occasional visits
- •Evaluate and direct new inquiries to the appropriate sales channels
- •Facilitate the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- •Collaborate with senior management and marketing on pricing strategies
- •Network within industry associations to establish new customer contacts
- •Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding specific products
- •Provide list price quotes, technical documentation, and samples
- •Maintain accurate customer files for historical documentation
- •Process quality questionnaires and certificates for customers
- •Issue late payment reminders and conduct necessary follow-ups
- •Coordinate claims and reimbursements with customer service representatives
- •Provide backup for sales managers during their absences
- •Support market research and sales-related administrative tasks
