- •Collaborate with technical experts for project solutions
- •Communicate market and customer feedback to internal teams
- •Implement sales strategy with the Regional Sales Manager
- •Conduct product presentations on genomics solutions
- •Advise customers on genomics solutions
- •Identify and qualify new leads via phone, email, and meetings
- •Guide new customers through the ordering process
- •Ensure customer satisfaction
- •Process public tenders as needed
