  • Increase sales in genomics services
  • Develop account potential through cross-selling
  • Establish and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Identify new projects and business opportunities
  • Report on sales analysis and forecasting
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Utilize and maintain CRM database
  • Collaborate with technical experts for project solutions
  • Communicate market and customer feedback to internal teams
  • Implement sales strategy with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Conduct product presentations on genomics solutions
  • Advise customers on genomics solutions
  • Identify and qualify new leads via phone, email, and meetings
  • Guide new customers through the ordering process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process public tenders as needed
