Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, informatics, or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience
  • In-depth SAP CS or PM customizing experience
  • SAP process knowledge in sales, logistics, production
  • Desirable SAP certifications
  • Very good German and English skills

Tasks

  • Consult with departments to optimize end-to-end business processes
  • Support key users in customer service and plant maintenance
  • Analyze customer requirements and service messages
  • Create solution concepts for SAP tools and processes
  • Configure SAP standards, add-ons, and in-house developments
  • Redesign processes for future S/4HANA system mapping
  • Coordinate international customer service and plant maintenance projects
  • Manage internal and external resources for projects and changes
  • Provide ongoing support for customer service and plant maintenance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
