Requirements

  • •Expertise in Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online
  • •Command of Entra ID and Intune
  • •Experience with Purview and Defender
  • •Proficiency in PowerShell for automation
  • •Understanding of M365 Copilot and governance
  • •Independent, structured, and analytical mindset
  • •Proactive approach to platform health
  • •Interest in cloud technology evolution
  • •Ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • •Professional English and German proficiency

Tasks

  • •Design and maintain core Microsoft 365 services
  • •Define and enforce governance policies
  • •Manage and harden the Entra ID environment
  • •Implement Conditional Access and MFA
  • •Ensure platform compliance with Zero Trust standards
  • •Manage Microsoft Purview for data protection
  • •Handle eDiscovery and sensitive information labeling
  • •Translate business requirements into technical architectures
  • •Coordinate with external service providers
  • •Lead global projects as a technical expert
  • •Resolve complex Tier 2 and 3 technical issues
  • •Automate tasks using PowerShell and Graph API
  • •Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • •Prepare the data layer for AI readiness
