Requirements

  • •Familiarity with local and international laws and regulations
  • •Initial experience in a similar role
  • •Experience in the automotive and/or aerospace sector
  • •Experience in an international working environment

Tasks

  • •Serve as the primary contact for legal topics in Germany and assigned jurisdictions
  • •Provide legal and commercial advice to management and operational teams
  • •Advise on pre-litigation and litigation cases, coordinating with external lawyers
  • •Draft and analyze agreements, including customer and supplier contracts
  • •Support negotiations related to legal agreements
  • •Assist and consult in various legal proceedings
  • •Liaise with external counsels on litigation and commercial issues
  • •Support the Legal Affairs team with administrative tasks
  • •Maintain the legal activity tracker
