Requirements

  • •University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
  • •At least 5 years of network experience (especially WAN, SD-WAN, Zscaler, LAN, routers, VPN, gateways, proxy, firewall)
  • •Expertise in routing, switching, firewalling, troubleshooting, and network architecture and design
  • •Cisco CCNP/CCIE certification, knowledge of ITIL service processes, experience with operational processes and ITSM
  • •Customer orientation, sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, systematic and goal-oriented teamwork, willingness to learn new technologies
  • •Conversationally fluent English and German language skills at B1 level with willingness to improve to B2-C1
  • •Willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

  • •Develop and implement global network strategy
  • •Execute and support global network modernization
  • •Conduct independent error analysis and troubleshooting

  • •Oversee network release management
  • •Support organizational change management
  • •Document technical services
  • •Monitor and report on service performance
