- •Manage the complete site lifecycle from leasing to contract closure
- •Lead negotiations for real estate agreements
- •Plan and coordinate office relocations and renovations
- •Ensure optimal functionality of all work environments
- •Act as the central contact for site managers and stakeholders
- •Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
- •Coordinate with external service providers
- •Organize and document occupational safety committee meetings
- •Serve as a key point of contact for workplace safety
- •Create detailed evaluations, overviews, and presentations
- •Update document management systems and SharePoint pages
- •Collaborate with fleet and facility management teams
- •Provide mutual support and coverage for facility management
