- Assist with cloud-based infrastructure operations, including virtual machines and networking components
- Monitor system health and performance
- Investigate alerts and participate in incident response
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents
- Perform routine updates and maintenance to ensure system security and reliability
- Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads from an operational perspective
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance automation and monitoring practices
- Document procedures and troubleshooting steps to improve team efficiency
