- Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube
- Proven experience negotiating with creators or agencies
- Data-driven decision making
- Strong German and English communication
- High ownership mentality
- Experience with creator tools like Modash, Grin, or similar
- Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition
- Existing creator network
Tasks
- Identify and approach best-fit creators on Instagram and YouTube
- Negotiate deals, including pricing, deliverables, and contracts
- Brief creators and manage campaigns end-to-end
- Ensure content is delivered on time and on brand
- Research and identify high-potential creators
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with creators
- Manage long-term partnerships
- Negotiate with creators, agencies, and MCNs
- Close deals
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CPM, CPI, ROAS)
- Iterate campaigns quickly based on performance
- Maintain a structured creator database
- Scale the creator database
- Work closely with Performance Marketing and Creative teams
- Align on strategy with Performance Marketing and Creative

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
