- Influencer or social media marketing experience or extensive personal experience and enthusiasm
- Strong understanding of numbers, KPIs, and business
- Creative thinking with hands-on approach and success measurement
- Excellent understanding of TikTok and Instagram as performance channels
- Confidence dealing with creators, agencies, and management
- Excellent German and English
- Experience with Polish market is a plus
- Enjoyment of working in office and valuing direct team interaction
Tasks
- Increase Pammys' visibility in social media feeds
- Develop and lead creative influencer campaigns
- Coordinate major collaborations with top influencers
- Build a micro-influencer network of 5,000 by 2026
- Represent Pammys at key influencer events
- Expand Pammys' influencer network
- Manage a large DTC influencer budget
- Identify and acquire high-potential creators
- Negotiate with creators, agencies, and management teams
- Negotiate terms, licenses, and usage rights
- Bring brand stories to target audiences
- Analyze and report on creator performance
- Optimize creator performance continuously
- Hand over top assets to the paid media team
- Build long-term partnerships with top performers
- Upsell additional campaigns to top performers
