Requirements
- Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial engineering or comparable technical qualification
- Initial professional experience in aviation maintenance, MRO, production, or technical implementation; ideally with military aviation exposure (e.g. A400M)
- Solid technical understanding and ability to read, understand, and assess technical drawings and documentation
- Initial exposure to technical changes, modifications, or maintenance activities
- Experience in continued airworthiness or CAMO environment is advantageous, not mandatory
- Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented work manner
- Good English skills required; Spanish skills are a plus
Tasks
- Work in aviation maintenance and technical implementation
- Support industrialization of technical measures from documentation
- Analyze technical documentation and drawings
- Derive implementation and introduction measures
- Coordinate technical topics with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production
- Support measure introduction into existing processes
- Ensure technical conformity and compliance
- Optimize workflows, processes, and technical standards
- Support fault and root cause analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
