Description

In this role, you will engage in constructing and assembling complex systems, customizing mechanical components, and ensuring the smooth operation of process plants. Your day-to-day activities will involve hands-on work in both manufacturing and maintenance, all while prioritizing safety.

Requirements

• •Training as an Industrial Mechanic or Master craftsman qualification in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or similar
• •Proficiency in manufacturing, adapting, and assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
• •Experience in milling, turning, drilling, and other machining activities
• •Skilled in inspecting and functionally testing mechanical, electric and electronic components
• •Attention to detail

Tasks

• •Construct complex piping systems
• •Assemble components for the pilot plant metal skid frame
• •Produce mechanical components using milling and turning techniques
• •Customize components with drilling, laser cutting, and welding
• •Fit and mount components into the mechanical skid frame
• •Temporarily construct chemical process plants in Ismaning and Alberta
• •Commission chemical process plants
• •Maintain existing process plants and workshop machines
• •Adhere to safety and organizational rules in the workshop
