In this role, you will enhance manufacturing performance by optimizing processes, analyzing production bottlenecks, and collaborating on various engineering projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve using lean tools to improve work systems and conditions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, production control
• •Professional experience in industrial engineering or lean management
• •Knowledge of REFA or MTM
• •Experience in lean management methods
• •Good IT skills, MS Office, SAP R3
• •Knowledge of data creation or analysis, SQL, Access
• •Structured way of working
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills

Tasks

• •Participate in planning and designing work systems
• •Collect necessary data for work system control
• •Plan and implement time and process analyses using lean tools
• •Optimize production by standardizing processes according to lean principles
• •Analyze and eliminate bottlenecks using the Theory of Constraints
• •Balance production lines with Yamazumi and percentage load charts
• •Visualize and create key production figures
• •Identify disruptions in the production process
• •Improve working procedures, methods, and conditions
• •Collaborate with project members on capacity planning and process improvements
• •Support calculation of production costs for product costing
• •Clarify process-related challenges in production
• •Manage projects in the field of industrial engineering
