Requirements
- •University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (mandatory)
- •Minimum 5 years of procurement experience
- •Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus
- •Prior team lead or coordination experience is an advantage
- •Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); data analysis and KPI reporting skills required
- •Familiarity with digital tools and AI-based solutions; Power BI is a plus
- •Knowledge of SAP MM and Ariba (S2C, P2P, CLM) preferred
- •Languages: Fluent German and good English required

- •Serve as the main contact for the Procurement Manager.
- •Implement global and regional commodity strategies.
- •Develop and enforce local strategies for market codes.
- •Lead supplier management and consolidation initiatives.
- •Ensure compliance with ethics, EHS, and sustainability.
- •Coordinate 3–5 buyers for your commodity.
- •Chair weekly commodity calls and monitor progress.
- •Organize monthly governance reviews with stakeholders.
- •Conduct quarterly reviews with global and regional teams.
- •Provide performance feedback for supervised buyers.
- •Manage sourcing projects and complex negotiations.
- •Approve sourcing decisions within assigned thresholds.
- •Ensure process compliance and prevent maverick buying.
- •Collaborate with internal functions for contract approvals.
