In-force Management Expert(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive portfolio performance by executing strategic deal opportunities and de-risking liabilities, while collaborating with global teams to manage the P&C in-force business.

Requirements

• •Minimum 4 years Property and Casualty (re)insurance experience
• •Experience in Client Management, Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Claims or Actuarial functions preferred
• •Basic understanding of Legacy world
• •Good understanding of client financials
• •Ability to originate and negotiate Commutation- and Novation deals
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Excellent written and spoken Business French
• •Proactive approach and independent working style
• •Strong self-initiative
• •Relationship building and engagement skills
• •Cross-functional view and constructive challenging skills
• •Leadership by example and motivation skills
• •Ability to influence key stakeholders
• •Essential team and change management experience

• •Manage French-speaking markets and EMEA portfolios
• •Develop commutation and novation strategies
• •Execute commutation and novation deal opportunities
• •Engage with regional and global stakeholders
• •Challenge and support Product Portfolio Managers
• •Steer portfolio activities to de-risk liabilities
• •Free up capacity for new business
• •Analyze financial results using various valuation methods
• •Utilize in-force datasets for portfolio analysis
• •Monitor P&C Re portfolios to prevent performance surprises
