Tasks
- •Develop new leads and service opportunities
- •Expand networks and maintain stakeholder relationships
- •Lead the tendering and proposal process
- •Communicate internal strategies to tendering teams
- •Lead contract negotiations to closure
- •Deliver annual sales targets and budgets
- •Manage the IMR sales opportunity pipeline
- •Conduct regular customer visits and calls
- •Prioritize high-conversion opportunities for the business
- •Provide commercial recommendations based on market conditions
- •Report on sales, market, and competitor activity
- •Reinforce and protect the company's brand image
- •Facilitate communication between the market and business
- •Resolve internal and external project disputes
- •Support project managers on commercial inquiries
- •Manage project handovers to execution teams
- •Implement improvements based on lessons learned
- •Foster relationships between sales and business functions
