In this role, you will be at the forefront of hydropower projects, from designing plants to managing project execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams, ensuring quality deliverables, and engaging with clients to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in hydropower engineering or related field
• •Proven professional experience in hydropower consultancy and advisory services
• •Experience in design, layout, and development of hydropower plants
• •Ability to structure complex problems and communicate results
• •Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
• •Experience with planning and analysis software is desirable
• •Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
• •Independent, structured, systematic, diligent, and solution-oriented approach
• •Good teamwork and communication skills
• •Proficiency in written and spoken English
• •French language skills are beneficial but not a must
• •Willingness to travel abroad and visit project sites
• •Communicative, responsible, ready to travel abroad, and advanced user of MS Office

Tasks

• •Develop and design hydropower plants
• •Prepare feasibility studies and technical reports
• •Create engineering drawings and cost estimates
• •Draft specifications and project documentation
• •Provide technical expertise for studies and design
• •Support tendering and implementation of projects
• •Offer technical support during bidding and procurement
• •Assist during construction phases
• •Conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams
• •Ensure quality of design tasks and deliverables
• •Manage overall project execution
• •Support business development in hydropower
• •Elaborate technical and financial proposals
• •Negotiate contracts and finalize signatures
• •Work collaboratively with project teams
• •Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project status
• •Promote a positive work environment and knowledge sharing
