Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable technical discipline
  • Professional experience in HW design data management, HW configuration management, or engineering data migration
  • Strong hands-on experience with EDA-related data management and version control systems (e.g., DesignSync, Perforce Helix Core / IPLM)
  • Solid experience with complex HW design data structures, particularly in analog/mixed-signal design
  • Strong coding and testing skills for data automation and validation
  • Familiarity with vault concepts, data topologies, and HW design infrastructures
  • Good communication skills in English

Tasks

  • Design and implement HW design data migration solutions
  • Operate solutions in complex semiconductor HW design environments
  • Set up and configure temporary mitigation systems
  • Validate transition systems for HW design data
  • Develop data migration concepts and strategies
  • Plan and execute data export and import procedures
  • Validate procedures using sample, test, and production data
  • Define and document data topologies and structures
  • Develop and validate migration and automation scripts
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness
  • Support server-side and HW design infrastructure configurations
  • Integrate toolchain and EDA systems
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and infrastructure teams
  • Contribute to testing, reviews, and documentation
  • Ensure end-user readiness
