- High self-motivation
- Very good command of local language
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Implement employer branding strategies
- Support employee lifecycle communication
- Collaborate internationally with HR teams
- Collaborate with other departments
- Support manager onboarding processes
- Prepare analyses and reports
