Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with technical background
  • Project quality assurance experience, ideally offshore wind or manufacturing
  • Product inspection, manufacturing control, quality assurance, testing of electrical components
  • Understanding of quality standards (statutory, regulatory, international)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work across multiple teams

Tasks

  • Define quality requirements for electrical equipment with Engineering, EPC, Procurement, and HSE teams.
  • Support supplier selection as a quality subject matter expert for electrical components and systems.
  • Ensure safety compliance by contributing to safety case development.
  • Support investigations into incidents, non-conformances, and root causes.
  • Lead quality assurance for assigned packages, implementing the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans.
  • Manage non-conformities, including escalation, rejection, and blocking of non-compliant deliverables.
  • Drive HSEQ strategy and compliance by embedding HSEQ systems into project operations.
  • Conduct audits, track KPIs, perform inspections, and generate reports for HSEQ.
  • Oversee contractors and suppliers through audits and compliance assessments.
  • Implement continuous improvement actions across the value chain for contractors and suppliers.
