Requirements

• 3-10 years of HSE Management experience
• EPCI work environment experience
• Onshore and Offshore Construction and Installation activities experience
• Vessel operation experience
• Manufactory/production experience (plus)
• Technical Degree (engineering)
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 series standard
• Experience in preparation and maintenance of HSE Management Systems
• Auditing experience
• Lead auditor qualification (plus)
• Strong leadership
• Teamwork skills
• People management/influencing skills
• Organizational skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• High PC literacy
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Other languages (plus)

Tasks

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise project HSE activities
• Ensure project HSE activities meet contractual and regulatory standards
• Assist with HSE bidding preparation
• Maintain the company HSE management system
• Provide HSE training
• Analyze HSE indicators
• Lead HSE improvement initiatives
• Lead and influence teams to act safely
• Promote a safety behavioral culture among all personnel
• Define project HSE strategy for the entire lifecycle
• Assist company teams with client HSE issues
• Ensure project HSE compliance with laws and standards
• Ensure project HSE meets client and company requirements
• Coordinate manufacturing HSE teams for compliance
• Coordinate with operations to implement HSE culture
• Ensure vessel operations comply with ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL
• Assist project teams with HAZID and HAZOP processes
• Facilitate accident and incident investigations
• Analyze accident and incident statistics
• Identify trends in accident data
• Suggest project and company level improvement plans
• Conduct internal and external HSE audits for projects
• Develop and deliver project safety training programs
• Promote safety culture for organization and suppliers
• Develop, plan, implement, and update the Company HSE Management System
• Review and audit the Company HSE Management System
• Ensure HSE Management System application within projects
• Follow headquarter guidelines for HSE system management
• Lead planning and collection of HSE indicators
• Lead management and analysis of HSE indicators
