Requirements

  • •Experience as HSE Manager in production
  • •Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • •Experience with ISO 45001/14001
  • •ISO 9001 and 500001 experience advantageous
  • •Internal Auditor certification advantageous
  • •Degree in OHS, Environmental Science, Engineering
  • •Impactful leadership and team management abilities
  • •Excellent German and English language skills
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Tasks

  • •Manage health, safety, and environmental protection
  • •Ensure compliance with legal and ISO standards
  • •Implement actions for the Zero & Beyond program
  • •Drive safety culture maturity across all roles
  • •Communicate with management and regulatory agencies
  • •Deploy safety talks, alerts, and observations
  • •Ensure availability and use of safety equipment
  • •Promote safe work procedures
  • •Lead incident and near-miss investigations
  • •Manage outcomes and lessons learned from incidents
  • •Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections
  • •Participate in factory 6S activities
  • •Develop and conduct employee safety training
  • •Plan and execute comprehensive risk assessments
  • •Lead the emergency response organization
  • •Maintain and test emergency response plans
  • •Analyze and report on safety performance metrics
