Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Economics, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Well-organized, task management, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and attention to detail
- Trustworthy, discreet, and responsible handling of confidential information
- Proactive, enthusiastic team player with positive attitude
- First experience or basic HR knowledge (plus)
Tasks
- Support HR team with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding, hiring, and offboarding of interns and temporary employees
- Help People Partners with project coordination
- Coordinate on performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and compliance
- Work with HR Services Team on e-contracts and contract changes
- Handle employment documentation
- Gain exposure to talent management and employee development
- Support key People & Culture initiatives
- Assist with reporting and meeting coordination
- Manage travel arrangements
- Participate in other HR-related tasks as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree
