- •Manage all social security topics within the HR team
- •Advise employees and managers on social security law
- •Process health, pension, unemployment, and nursing insurance matters
- •Handle social security notifications and reporting
- •Coordinate with health insurance providers and authorities
- •Collaborate with internal payroll and finance departments
- •Issue certificates based on social security regulations
- •Optimize HR processes and digitalize administrative workflows
