Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR operations
  • Deep expertise in compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements

Tasks

  • Assist HRD in designing compensation and benefits programs
  • Monitor retail salary structures and annual salary reviews
  • Review benefits administration and processes
  • Ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives
  • Support annual individual compensation review
  • Manage payroll compensation changes with external providers
  • Assist in budgeting for compensation and benefits
  • Stay informed about legislative changes and adjust policies
  • Oversee HR controlling and analytics
  • Monitor key HR metrics and headcount costs
  • Support HQ and retail payroll budgeting
  • Prepare KPI follow-up, annual, and monthly reports
  • Conduct cost analysis for proposed changes
  • Develop analytics to support program effectiveness
  • Execute high-quality data management processes
  • Process HR administration tasks, including contracts
  • Become HRIS super-user
  • Ensure service level agreements with service providers
  • Maintain compliance with indirect purchasing policy
  • Review and improve HR processes for reliability and data integrity
  • Foster transparency and fairness in compensation processes
  • Guide ethical decision-making in compensation and benefits
  • Participate in DENS Health & Safety organization
