Tasks

  • •Manage all strategic and operational HR processes
  • •Advise European managers on HR and labor law
  • •Implement global HR strategies at the national level
  • •Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
  • •Negotiate contracts and collaborate with external agencies
  • •Prepare job offers using benchmarking and salary analyses
  • •Contribute to European HR projects regarding employee benefits
  • •Deliver internal training on change management and onboarding
  • •Organize occupational health and safety measures at locations
  • •Lead and develop an HR team of four employees
  • •Mentor and onboard new members of the HR team
  • •Maintain HR reports and implement company policies
  • •Collaborate with departments within a matrix organization
  • •Report directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources
