  • Ensure high data quality, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Comply with German labor and social security regulations
  • Organize and coordinate training programs

  • Answer employee questions about policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance on contracts, vacation, and sick leave
  • Offer support on basic social security topics

  • Assist with HR audits
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Create positive moments in the employee journey
  • Communicate and support people in a relationship-driven manner

  • Ensure contracts are correct and systems are up to date
