Tasks
- Lead the People & Organisation agenda for the site.
- Partner closely with site leadership.
- Manage local HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law.
- Ensure Flora Food Group Code of Conduct compliance.
- Promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Implement P&O plans aligned to business needs.
- Develop work plans for P&O projects.
- Propose and design continuous improvement procedures.
- Coordinate administrative P&O management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, labor, and internal policies.
- Serve as primary contact for Works Councils.
- Serve as primary contact for Trade Unions.
- Serve as primary contact for employee representative bodies.
- Manage all aspects of labor relations.
- Oversee P&O-relevant Quality, Safety, and Environment procedures.
- Partner with local leadership to understand business needs.
- Provide proactive HR solutions.
- Develop channels to identify workforce needs.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to workforce needs.
- Lead annual P&O planning and budgeting.
- Monitor P&O budget progress.
- Propose preventive P&O measures.
- Manage P&O supplier relationships.
- Source P&O suppliers.
- Negotiate P&O supplier contracts.
- Manage P&O supplier contracts.
- Lead and coordinate HR processes.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate employee training.
- Conduct performance and talent reviews.
- Administer engagement surveys.
