Requirements

• •Completed degree in business administration, human resources, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of leadership experience in HR, ideally in the automotive supply industry or production
• •Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR instruments
• •Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as assertiveness
• •High initiative, strategic thinking, and hands-on mentality
• •Intercultural and social competence, as well as teamwork skills
• •Negotiation-level German and English skills

• •Lead strategic and operational HR management

• •Act as a liaison with employee representation and external partners
• •Plan budgets and manage costs for the assigned area
• •Participate in and execute improvement projects (CIP)
