- Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Efficiently manage interview and feedback processes.
- Prepare and send employment contracts and offers.
- Guide new employees through the onboarding process.
- Actively shape and develop internal HR processes.
