Requirements
- •Commercial training or university degree in human resources
- •Comprehensive knowledge of payroll for internationally active employees
- •Good knowledge of international tax and social security laws
- •Experience in using LOGA P&I
- •Confident use of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- •Fluency in German and Business English
- •Strong ability to handle numbers
- •High degree of diligence, reliability, and discretion
- •Teamwork and strong service orientation

Tasks
- •Prepare monthly payroll with external providers
- •Manage payroll for seconded employees in multiple countries
- •Handle German payroll for employees with limited tax liability
- •Serve as contact for accounting on salary bookings
- •Support external consultants with relevant processes
- •Administer and develop company pension plans
- •Address personnel issues related to collective agreements
- •Communicate with health insurance and government agencies
- •Oversee general personnel administration and time management
- •Organize monthly salary payments
