- Execute administrative HR processes efficiently
- Maintain HR systems
- Prepare employment-related documents, reports, and analyses
- Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies
- Align with the Works Council on selected topics
- Contribute to HR projects like digital personnel files and grading initiatives
- Challenge and improve existing processes
