Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Compensation, HR Controlling, or People Analytics
  • •Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making
  • •Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with HR systems
  • •Structured, detail-oriented working style and ability to translate data into insights
  • •Collaborative spirit, ownership mentality, and drive for continuous improvement
  • •Fluent in English; German is a plus

  • •Build and maintain key People & Culture reports
  • •Drive data quality across systems
  • •Provide actionable insights and analyses to leadership
  • •Support strategic decisions and board reporting
  • •Manage and evolve pay bands for competitiveness and fairness
  • •Support the annual Performance & Pay Review process
  • •Collaborate on equity-related topics with Finance and Legal
  • •Monitor P&C and Office budgets
  • •Conduct forecasts and variance analyses
  • •Deliver sharp commentary for management
  • •Act as a key interface across Finance and P&C Ops
  • •Contribute to cross-functional analytics and ESG projects
