Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in Compensation, HR Controlling, or People Analytics
- •Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making
- •Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with HR systems
- •Structured, detail-oriented working style and ability to translate data into insights
- •Collaborative spirit, ownership mentality, and drive for continuous improvement
- •Fluent in English; German is a plus

- •Build and maintain key People & Culture reports
- •Drive data quality across systems
- •Provide actionable insights and analyses to leadership
- •Support strategic decisions and board reporting
- •Manage and evolve pay bands for competitiveness and fairness
- •Support the annual Performance & Pay Review process
- •Collaborate on equity-related topics with Finance and Legal
- •Monitor P&C and Office budgets
- •Conduct forecasts and variance analyses
- •Deliver sharp commentary for management
- •Act as a key interface across Finance and P&C Ops
- •Contribute to cross-functional analytics and ESG projects
