Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, business education, business law, psychology, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in the automotive industry
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP HCM and Workday advantageous
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking, numerical understanding, and structured working style
- High social competence, communication and negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Resilience, flexibility, and conflict management skills
- Discretion and service orientation
Tasks
- Support international leaders during change processes

- Create HR reports
- Lead and participate in internal and cross-site projects
