Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally from a larger industrial company
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining regulations, payroll tax, labor and social security law, and general HR topics
  • Experience working with a payroll system, preferably Loga
  • Confidence in using MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Thorough, independent, and reliable work manner; loyalty, commitment, and strong teamwork skills
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (C1)

Tasks

  • Provide HR support for a defined employee group
  • Ensure compliance with labor law requirements
  • Assist in preparing payroll data for the external provider
  • Support the annual salary adjustment process
  • Maintain accurate master data
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries
  • Prepare reports and statistics, especially in Excel
  • Handle administrative tasks like job references and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems
