Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years SE leadership experience
- Expertise in SP routing technologies
- Experience with SP networking technologies
- Willingness to travel 30% across Europe
- Experience in POC preparation
- Achievement of progressively higher quotas
- Experience selling networking solutions
- Expert status in given field
- Typically 12+ years related sales experience
- Prior Networking technology sales experience
- Experience with sales/GTM strategy
- Prior experience with Enterprise accounts
- Proficiency in German and English
- Accountability and active learning skills
Tasks
- Lead Data Center and Routing network sales
- Support Account Managers with specialist expertise
- Drive proactive campaigns to build pipeline
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities
- Develop long-term sales pipelines for market share
- Identify new opportunities for customer value
- Set direction for business development
- Create and grow reference customers
- Sell complex products through partnership-based relationships
- Manage strategic accounts and designated geographies
- Establish consultative relationships with C-level executives
- Integrate cross-portfolio solutions with account leads
- Maintain expertise in IT applications and budgets
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
- Align client business needs with technical solutions
- Develop business cases reflecting strategic value
- Balance strategic and tactical revenue pursuits
- Oversee complex projects and account planning
- Forecast business accurately using Salesforce
- Collaborate with partners to drive incremental revenue
- Promote hardware, software, and services portfolios
