- Conduct, supervise, and support maintenance, repair, and restoration of building systems
- Independently perform rounds and operate building systems
- Maintain regular and scheduled on-call availability in a rotation system
- Coordinate external companies and maintenance and repair work by subcontractors
- Register as facility manager with the Chamber of Crafts
