Requirements

  • Engineering degree (mechanical, production, industrial) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years' work preparation experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, work planning, technical documentation
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools
  • Solid understanding of Lean Management, CIP, process optimization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to drive change
  • Fluent German skills (mandatory) and good English skills
  • Strategic, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

Tasks

  • Lead work preparation and technical documentation teams
  • Develop work preparation and technical documentation teams
  • Manage work plans and instructions across the product lifecycle
  • Drive process standardization
  • Support new product introductions
  • Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives
