- Collaborate on lab-scale transfers and scale-up processes
- Supervise the analytical shift laboratory
- Manage environmental microbiological monitoring
- Ensure compliance with GMP and HSE standards
- Develop documentation concepts using digital tools to enhance GMP standards
- Drive change in alignment with company values and guide the team accordingly
