Head of Training Development(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in agricultural economics, business administration, education, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in training, HR development, or project management
• Technical understanding as an advantage
• Initial management and leadership skills welcome
• Experience in project management and managing complex training or development projects
• Strong personality with excellent decision-making and assertiveness skills
• Strategic thinking and operational implementation skills
• Confident and persuasive communication at all hierarchical levels

Tasks

• Lead the team disciplinarily and technically
• Manage resources, budgets, and results
• Develop the department's strategic direction
• Create and implement training programs and standards
• Optimize qualification concepts for internal and external partners
• Define and monitor global training needs
• Plan resources and apply global KPIs
• Track training utilization and qualification development
• Report on training activities using KPI-based metrics
• Build and maintain an expert network
• Administer and maintain learning facilities
• Ensure safe operation of training resources
• Comply with safety and contractual requirements
