Head of Technical Training Development(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of training programs for internal and external partners while managing resources and budgets. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring training needs and ensuring the effective operation of learning facilities.

Requirements

• •Degree in agricultural economics, business administration, education, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in training, HR development, or project management
• •Initial management and leadership skills
• •Experience in project management and managing complex training or development projects
• •Strong personality with excellent decision-making and assertiveness skills
• •Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation skills
• •Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively at all hierarchical levels

Tasks

• •Manage team resources, budget, and results
• •Develop and implement training programs and standards
• •Optimize qualification concepts for partners
• •Define and monitor training needs and resource planning
• •Develop and apply globally applicable KPIs
• •Monitor training utilization and qualification development
• •Plan and budget training activities with KPI-based reporting
• •Establish and maintain a network of training experts
• •Administer and maintain learning facilities and training resources
• •Ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements
