- Develop and maintain data architecture
- Execute hands-on architecture and development tasks
- Manage infrastructure, reviews, and tooling
- Coach and mentor junior developers
- Establish a strong engineering culture
- Define hiring needs and lead recruitment
- Drive AI enablement and automation across teams
- Build the internal tech branding
- Enable data-driven decision-making across all teams
