Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• •Minimum 7 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, corporate finance, controlling, and/or business development
• •Experience in technology-driven, project-based environments
• •Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
• •Excellent understanding of B2B business models, experience in SaaS and software-based models
• •Experience in financial analysis
• •Leadership experience with team development and cross-functional collaboration
• •Excellent communication skills in English and German
• •Strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach
• •Decision-making ability with follow-through
• •Passionate, responsible, and innovative

Tasks

• •Lead long-term strategic planning processes
• •Manage the annual budgeting process
• •Drive deep-dive projects for strategy execution
• •Initiate key strategic growth initiatives like M&A
• •Develop business cases for investments and growth
• •Create decision-making documentation for initiatives
• •Oversee finance and business process management
• •Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
• •Present financial performance metrics to management
• •Advise on financial matters and KPIs
• •Collaborate with Sales and Technology teams
• •Calculate project and product development costs
• •Assess margins and profitability
• •Support investment and pricing decisions
